BSI Solution (General Overview): The results of a recent study on employee perception of the healthcare crisis indicated that at least 40% of those surveyed did not believe that their lifestyle choices and behavior had any impact on healthcare costs. This should not be a surprise given the entitlement mentality that has been promulgated throughout our society over the past few decades.
